We officially opened on 1st Sep 2007! 1) NO changes or cancellation of orders!! 3) We are not liable for any mistakes made by the seller, or the problem of the seller running away. We will ask the seller to check carefully before sending the items out. 4) We are not responsible for any lost of parcel, defects in any items. We will ask the seller to double check for any defects before they are sent out. 5) Once payment received, we will send your order over to the seller. Goods sold are NOT returnable NOT refundable NOT exchangable. If your items ordered are not available, refund will be made. How come i did not receive the items after you have mailed out for days? Ans : Spree-ers have reflected to us that the Singpost do open up and check their parcels. Hence, this is probably the result why the parcels mailing duration is delayed. Please do write in to Return Letter Unit (RLU) to inform that you need the parcel urgently etc. (Information given by wingz) Local mail items with incomplete addess will be forward to Return Letter Unit (RLU). If you wish for SingPost to locate your local mail item from RLU, please provide the following details Email to: singpost@singpost.com Alternatively you can call Return Letter Unit at 68456670 68456675. You'll receive an email from SingPost, regarding which post office to collect the Lost Mail. For collection, print the email and bring along your IC. Ans : Nope unless otherwise stated. There will be a second payment, which is the shipping fee + local postage (optional), when the items you have ordered arrive. ( *For supply order, shipping fee will be collected together with item cost fee, unless, otherwise specify) Ans : Please copy and use our format of order which is above the advertisment board. After receiving your order, we will check the item's availability before requesting payment from you. Ans : You may choose to collect items from me (subjected to my available timing). If you miss the meetup time and date stated in the email you received from us, we will keep your items with us till you are available to pick them up. Ans : Yes. However, i will do self meetup at Lavender MRT only, occassionally at Bugis MRT. Other meetups venue will be handle by my courier. Hence, any extra fees payable for meetup will be payable to my Courier. Ans : Once parcel arrives and we have done with stock-taking, we will mail you the items arrival details, whereby you will know the shipping fee payable as well as the items collection mode. Tracking code will also be released at http://gigglespree.blogspot.com/search/label/update Ans : No. There is no exchange / refund policy for oversea buyers. Ans : No. We are not liable for any lost of items during shipping. We will put up relevant information to prove that we have paid for the items.
