1) NO changes or cancellation of orders!!



2) Please be willing to wait as it takes time for the items to be prepared by the dealer and also to be shipped over. If you need items within a certain time frame, please do check with me before joining.

3) We are not liable for any mistakes made by the seller, or the problem of the seller running away. We will ask the seller to check carefully before sending the items out.

4) We are not responsible for any lost of parcel, defects in any items. We will ask the seller to double check for any defects before they are sent out.

5) Once payment received, we will send your order over to the seller. Goods sold are NOT returnable NOT refundable NOT exchangable. If your items ordered are not available, refund will be made. Other unreasonable request will not be entertained.

6) Shipping fees invoice will be sent to you when your items arrive.

7) Collection: via Normal/Registered mail/Courier OR Meetup at Lavender MRT
we are not liable for any lost mail for that buyers who have chosen normal mail as their collection mode due to the there is no tracking number available. registered mail is highly recommended.

8) Any sms that does not contain the buyer's name will be ignored.

9) We have the rights to alter the terms and conditions without the need of giving prior notice.
